Having Fun on Runescape

The best kind of fun is the kind that is unneeded tasks. This can be done on almost any game like in Simpsons: Hit and Run you can drive around kicking or running over random people. However, since runescape has masses of players, you can have fun at their expense. Also, having fun will light up your enjoyment of the game thus avoiding you getting sick of it.

Role-playing is really fun, I enjoy acting like something of someone in the game. In fact, Jagex dedicated a members server to role-playing but that doesn’t mean you can’t role-play on any server. To get the ball rolling, heres some ideas for choosing what to role play: Look at areas which have a theme you like (e.g.you are a freed ancient mage in the pyrimid from desert treasure), if you like a certain NPC or god pretend to be a helper of such one. These are just a few you can do.

Now there’s the annoying people kind of fun (Do not be too annoying since that is reportable) which is picking a person and disrupting him/her. A favorite is finding someone tmaking a video and disrupting it everytime they try. But that cannot always be done so I like following random people and being silent or repart a word like “stalk” than when they say something to you, reply with the oddest comments like “You horrible person!”. Like with role-playing it is very open ended so fell free to use your own ideas.

I would also recommend exploring the land or trying something new. With this you can discover useful things from explore like good places to train but also it gives you a freash outlook on the game. Likwise with trying a new feature like a mini-game as some of these can be more fun than you thin, like soul wars is great for combat experience at high level or castle wars is a truck-load of fun.
