The skill capes in Runescape are easily identifiable. They’re unique from all other capes and not only do they give the wearer a special place among other players, they symbolise a mastery of a particular skill. In this guide, I will walk you through where to obtain these skill capes if you have 99 in a specific skill.
NOTE: Remember to have 99k with you when obtaining these special capes! Otherwise, the master of the skill won’t give it to you if you don’t pay 99k.
